Q. How can I order from the website?

 

A. Ordering from Joseph Phelps Vineyards is easy. First, you can browse through the Joseph Phelps Vineyards website and select those items you want to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout and place your order.

 

Q. What information is required to place an order?

 

A. Ordering on our website requires the following information:

The product(s) you wish to purchase.
The quantity of the product(s)you wish to purchase.
The state to which the order is being shipped.
A valid method of payment.
Your first name.
Your last name.
Your complete addresses (both billing and shipping).
Your daytime phone number.
Your email address (if applicable).

In addition, if you would like to ship your order as a gift to a different address than your billing address, we also need the following information:

The first and last name of the person to whom you want to send the order.
That person`s complete shipping address.
That person`s daytime phone number.

 

Q. How do I know that you received my order?

 

A. After you click "Submit My Order," you should receive a confirmation number with our thanks. If you do not receive a confirmation number and message, you will likely be presented with a screen that indicates why the order could not be processed, and asking you to correct some aspect of the order. When you have corrected the problem, click "Submit My Order" again to submit the order with the revised information.

 

Q. What should Phelps Preferred members do about their discount?

 

A. At this time, Phelps Preferred members need to use a specific user name and password, issued by the winery, to receive the 20% membership discount. Please contact the winery directly to obtain your individual user name and password.

Q. How do I know that my order and customer information are secure and not subject to theft by outside parties?

 

A. Joseph Phelps Vineyard uses the best in secure server technology for all transactions on the site. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. In addition, all of your customer data is protected against unauthorized access.

 

Q. I am having trouble completing my order. The website keeps telling me that I have timed out. What is the problem?

 

A. For you to complete entering your account information, you must have your browser enabled to accept cookies. The cookies help our website identify you. For instructions on how to turn on your cookies, please see your browser’s Help feature. If this does not correct the problem, please contact the winery.

Due to the hot summer months, we might delay shipping of your order. If you have any shipping questions, please contact the Joseph Phelps Vineyards Customer Service Department at 1-800-707-5789 or preferred@jpvwines.com.

 

We cannot ship wine to a Post Office box.
