Because of the widely variable laws controlling the shipment of wine in the United States, we have created this page to help you determine the restrictions and limitations that you may face. To determine the current state of wine shipping laws for your particular situation.

In fact, there are certain states and countries that we cannot ship to. Please see Free the Grapes for more in-depth information on your state restrictions. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.

You must be at least 21 years of age to buy wine. By placing your order with this winery you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Please note:

All prices are listed in US dollars. All orders will include delivery charges and applicable sales tax.

You will receive e-mail confirming that your order was submitted. If the items are all in stock, this will be your only confirmation.

All wine orders will ship Monday through Wednesday only. Orders will not be shipped on a Thursday or Friday. You should receive your in-stock items within 3 to 6 business days.

Please provide a valid and complete e-mail address that includes the "@information" (for example: name@somethingorother.com).

Q. What Should Phelps Preferred Members do about their discount?

A. At this time, Phelps Preferred members need to use a specific user name and password, issued by the winery, to receive the 20% membership discount. Due to the hot summer months, we might delay shipping of your order.

We cannot ship wine to a Post Office box.
